Hello Stability Nutrition Friends!
How are you today? Are you ready for an invigorating recipe? How about unleashing a little summer bliss?
As we bid farewell to cozy, warm morning meals, we welcome the joys of a refreshing, cooler breakfast.
At the heart of our invigorating breakfast is Matcha - a vibrant, finely ground powder of specially cultivated green tea leaves, hailing from Japan's rich heritage. Grown in the shade to increase chlorophyll levels, each leaf is carefully picked, steamed, air-dried, and stone-ground, to create Matcha's distinctive bright green hue and nutrient-dense composition.
But Matcha isn't just about its striking color and intriguing production. Its flavor profile is robust yet subtly sweet, creating a depth of flavor that's truly unique. Matcha provides a gentle lift, a sustained energy that awakens your senses without a jarring jolt.
So with our Matcha Chia Pudding, you can look forward to an invigorating start to your day, that combines delicious taste and healthy benefits - the Stability Nutrition way!

Servings: 1 large, 2 small
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or plant milk of choice
2 tsp maple syrup (optional but recommended)
½ tsp vanilla bean powder or vanilla extract
1 tsp matcha green tea powder (a ceremonial blend is less bitter)
3 Tbsp chia seeds
¼ cup gluten free granola for topping (optional)
¼ cup fresh berries for topping (optional)
Instructions:
Blend the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla bean powder (or extract), and matcha together with a whisk or milk frother, making sure you have no chunks of matcha.
Pour the liquid into a 16 oz mason jar, and add the chia seeds on top. Whisk until well blended.
Let sit for 5 minutes and whisk again, assuring that no chia seeds are clumping together in the bottom of the jar.
Whisk vigorously every 5 minutes, for about 15 minutes until the chia starts to gel.
Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours before serving.
Top with gluten free granola and berries for a nourishing and healthy breakfast. Enjoy!
