Makes 12 protein bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup PBfit Peanut Butter Powder

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate protein powder of choice (we like Garden of Life Sport)

  • 1/2 cup + 2Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1/4 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

Place the Peanut Butter Powder and protein powder in a medium mixing bowl. Add the almond milk and mix with a wooden spoon or fork until well combined and coming together like dough. Add in the chocolate chips and mix well until they are all incorporated. The dough will be quite stiff, so mix well.

With clean hands, roll the dough into 12 balls. Place on a parchment lined plate or small sheet pan and freeze for about 20 minutes, or until firm to the touch. Store in the refrigerator and eat within a couple days. Otherwise store them in the freezer for up to 3 months. Before eating, let defrost on the counter for about 30 minutes.
